Almost every month the Club’s  Sports and Social  Committee organise  an event for  members and wives including  prospective members. Involving wives is an important feature of the club, because on many occasions it would be almost impossible to hold events, such as the Annual Fete without their support.

The “sports” events  are all well within the physical capability of the members generally trips out, quiz evenings and the occasional walk.

The principal social events each year are, Handover Night, held in June when the newly elected club president takes office, Charter Night , celebrating the Club’s birthday, and the Annual Christmas Party.
